These gratitude worksheets are part of a larger weeklong curriculum with lessons and mindfulness exercises but also work independently. They draw from my experience as a licensed clinical social worker and are aligned to current research around gratitude exercises that increase emotional wellbeing, build a sense of community, and decrease stress. 

 

There are five categories of no-prep worksheets:

 

  • Gratitude letters
  • Finding gratitude around me
  • Positive affirmations
  • Showing gratitude
  • Daily gratitude logs

 

To suit the needs of all students and all abilities as well as both on-paper and digital use, there are fifty-eight total versions of these worksheets. Each category includes at least one version for each of the following categories:

 

  • No scaffolding
  • Sentence stems
  • Combining art and simple sentences
  • Expression through art

 

This means that each theme can be introduced to students from pre-K to adult (including staff!) and all diverse learners. For the printable versions, just print and go. For the Google Slides, share the relevant slide with your students. They will complete it with the preplaced text boxes and can create art by collaging images or drawing using an app.
