Drawing from my training as a licensed clinical social worker, this toolkit gives you everything you need to customize evidence-based goal attainment interventions for any student using visuals. I found myself spending so much time creating individualized trackers for various goals, interests, and abilities that I created this to make it easy and quick to pull one together. It also makes it very simple to escalate the difficulty of a goal as a student's competence increases!

First, choose the goal and teach the strategies necessary to achieve it. Then have a conversation explaining how to use the tracker and choosing a reward. First-then is the most simple iteration (for example: first circle time, then snack). For the others, choose a desired behavior and how many times it must be exhibited (three to six) to earn a reward. Add a response cost component by using the version that decreases the time of the reward each time an undesired behavior is exhibited. I recommend starting small and increasing difficulty when the student is successful. You could also use this for group behavior tracking (either full class or small group)!
